How long will it take to recover my password?

Recovery speed depends on various factors such as the algorithm used, complexity of the password and the quality of password hints provided by the client.

It can take from 5 minutes to 5 years or more to accomplish the task. We move from the least time-consuming methods to more complex ones.

For example, one of the clients had his crypto recovered in 45 minutes from the moment of the first contact with us until the settlement phase.

How do I pay for your services?

We charge a percentage of the recovered crypto; default rate is 15%, but this can change depending on the recovery case.

The amount can be charged from recovered wallet or paid by the client via bank transfer or in crypto.

Do you share my personal data with anyone?

As per the NDA that is signed by both parties, we will not and cannot share details of the recovery case with anyone unless requested by legal authorities.

Is my data safe?

All sensitive information is both transferred and stored encrypted by the PGP encryption standard.

Can you recover stuck crypto from Binance or other custodial crypto services?

No, we only work with non-custodial wallets, copies of wallet files or devices that hold locked crypto.

What about mobile wallets?

We work with wallets that are installed on mobile devices, client might need to ship over the device to us.

What about security?

Our server room is located in a secure location with 24/7 security; we don’t use cloud services or any other resources located outside of our isolated network.

Where are you located?

Recovery Wizards LLC-FZ is UAE based company, or team members reside both in UAE and Europe.

My wallet is not on the list. Can you help me?

We are able to help with most non-custodial wallets, even if they are not listed on this website.
